there is this thing called "selective perception" which causes bias. in short, people tends to process/interprete what they gathered in a way that favors them. hey we are all human, :)
in verbal communication, it is also hard to blame the li...stener because human have this limited rate of processing/interpreting what one hear - the brain works slower than the mouth, i guess, ha ha - especially when one is faced with someone who have verbal diarrhea.
i always believe communication, verbal or non-verbal is an art that needs lots of practices to get them right, :)See more

bingo simon but ppl that falls into these categories r harmful when they misconception things. they cant tell or accept the difference between the truth or lies.they have the potential to gather influence from the same kind to go against u....
if u r not in their favour ,they possess danger in eliminating ur talents and presents felt.making life hard for you. i came a long way to b able to survive these ppl.
blocking them out by our means in what evil intention they harbour and focusing on our strength, v find our destiny and move on. v r our own refuge together with supportive ppl who think and work with an independent right mind.
communication is the best to bridge ,no doubt but hidden agenda with bad intention cant bridge or enlighten them to the right path( just like our political parties). i ws the unlucky few who met ppl who envy us rather than showing supporting young talents in our early days of dance and they wont change till now...it dont bother us so much actually but the truth is still the truth no matter how much u try to kill an opportunity, they will b another chance for the best to prove.

and many other narrow reasons by psychological threat ....

simon, u r one very well read thinker too...........i realise that when a person spots talents and they try to built bridges, the fall into the prey of ppl unknowing to them that they r taking them like a stepping stone to help them buil...t a swelling head too. its never good or bad but our conscience must be clear.
no regrets building the bridge even though the bridge is not named after us..hahaha....that is the best...selfless and egoless .then v help more buddings to move fwd and not letting swellings heads monopolise the future.
v all continue to built bridges instead of walls hor?? wah...i love to get to know more thinker like u too!! can share a lot of so call philosophy of life!!! ;)

begitu acuannya ,begitu kuehnya.........is true!!! but there are trees that produce blossom different just from one same tree. some flowers have beautifuly coloured petals ,while the same tree produce flowers that are less beautifully coloured ones too. it depends on the personality and position of that product. fahamkah?

when one or few dont understand teamwork move on.....no need to hold ur horse and wait for them to respond or understand or catch up!!! the world keeps rotating with these ppl living in it too! so why bother ???
